- By enrolling, the parent or guardian confirms consent for the student’s participation in learning activities

5. Orders, Pricing & Payments

6. Cancellation, Refund & Support Policy

- STEM Kits: Cancellation is allowed only before dispatch
- Live Classes: Cancellation is allowed only before the class is conducted
- Once a kit is dispatched or a live class is attended, cancellation is not permitted
Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed only for eligible and approved cancellations
- Refunds will be made to the original payment method
- Processing time depends on banks or payment providers
Non-Refundable Cases
- The kit is already dispatched
- The live class has been attended
- Non-participation due to user unavailability
- Content or learning material has already been accessed
Final Decision
StepSTEM reserves the right to approve or reject refund or cancellation requests based on internal evaluation.

- Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary due to external factors
- StepSTEM is not responsible for delays caused by courier services
